Take as much or as little time as you need.
Maybe get up and take a break from your computer or phone for a bit. You can also just look at something else to rest your eyes.
Now would be a good time to get something to eat or drink if it has been a while.
You might also want to take a moment to reflect on what has been going on in your life lately. Maybe journal a bit, however you're most comfortable. Paper and pen works great, so does a text document.
